Buddy Peace is a upcomming artist and a very nice guy. He's bin dj'ing since the 90's, and remixed on labels like Lex and Warp. Amongst many he also have bin dj'ing with Prince Po and ZILLA. As for the moment we all wait for his Bully Megamix to be released. And he's just started to produce some personal material as well.

His own drawing art is very 'catchy' and give us that 'underground, rare, hard to find' feel to it. He's a master in using accapellas into other tracks and producing remixes within his megamixes, many times you can't tell if it is a original or not, if you haven't heard the tracks as originals that is. Whats special about this is that all his megamixes are like this, well organized, well mixed and personal to Buddy work.

Some deejays sometimes can afford to "play with records" between tracks, to make "skits" with certain (or less certain) meaning. Skits get annoying though, cause they detract from the important parts of an album and are usually plain useless. So then, the whole concept of this mixtape is collating all those bits and pieces that wouldn't normally fit on "proper" releases, making them fun to listen. I personally estimated about 200 records being used here, but they go around 250. Tons of breaks crashed into one another, "changing the context, juxtaposing for effect, using all manner of subversion techniques". Not necessarily rare breaks, but all unlicensed, as expected... Hence the anonimity, hence the lack of track names, hence why you'll have to give it proper listening ridin' in your double R. You may even find some Scooby Doo!
